  I tried to call and talk to them about looking at a leak. They didn't say who it was I was calling so I had to ask to make sure I called the right place, then they rushed me to get information as they had another line waiting. Sir, I am a receptionist, the way you spoke to me and then hung up on me was very rude. I will not use you, nor recommend you to anyone. As if thats the way you treat people on the phone, I don't dare want to know how you're going to treat people in person.
